So get your pen and paper ready and let us start.

The holy recipe of tiramisu_e0450027_20504259.jpg
A glimpse of history about the tiramisu :

Our dish for today is a delicious Italian dessert, it means to "pick me up" in English, and its delightful combination of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone has lifted the spirits of dessert lovers around the world. While its exact origin is debated, Tiramisu is often attributed to the Veneto region in Northern Italy, where it emerged as a favorite in the 1970s ( honestly, i don't care about its origin as i care about its delicious taste 🤤 ).

Ingredients :

⭐Get ready my friends beceause we will start with the ingredients right now :

✨1/ One cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
✨2/ Three tablespoons coffee liqueur (for example, Tia Maria or Kahlúa)
✨3/ Three large egg yolks
✨4/ Three quarters cup granulated sugar
✨5/ One cup mascarpone cheese, softened
✨6/ One and half cups heavy whipping cream
✨7/ One teaspoon vanilla extract
✨8/ 24-30 ladyfinger cookies
✨9/ Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions :

⭐Now my friends, you should follow me closely if you want to get the best result :

✨First step; Coffee Infusion:

I need you to brew a cup of strong espresso and allow it to cool, than add the coffee liqueur to the cooled espresso, creating a rich coffee infusion.

✨Second step; Mascarpone Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, you need to whisk the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and creamy, than add the softened mascarpone and blend until smooth.

✨Third Step ; Whipped Cream Delight:

In a separate bowl, you must whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. After that i want you to gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, ensuring a light and airy consistency. In the end add vanilla extract and incorporate.

✨Fourth step ; Assembling the Layers:

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee infusion, they are moist but not overly saturated. Than, Arrange ensuring a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the base of a serving dish.

Next, spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, creating a smooth layer. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

✨Fifth step ; Chilled Perfection:

I need you to cover the dish and refrigerate the Tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, this will allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

✨All what is missing now is the final Touch. So, before serving, dust the top of the Tiramisu with unsweetened cocoa powder, adding a touch of bitterness to complement the sweetness (bellieve me this will make it tastier 😉).

💫As our trip to the italien cuisine came to an end, i wanted to thank for your support and in the same time to promise that i will try my best to provide with the tastiest kinds of recipes. So be free to ask me in the comments about anything you want and if you have suggestions go ahead and tell me.

Thanks for passing by and until next time, your friend Henry ♥️
